Our client found that one thing which affects the beauty of their customers’ light shows was having to manually operate them using traditional operating equipment. In fact, to manually turn the lights on and off at a regular setup that was dependent on an operator’s physical presence was identified as another pain point. Being the customer-centric organization that they are, they wanted to implement a solution that would ease their customers from this inconvenience.
The solution sounds simple, but the idea to connect the products in a manner that they could be operated from anywhere around the globe involved critical assessments, a thorough understanding of the existing underlying hardware of the products, identifying the most compatible and efficient integration and deep testing. We delivered a solution that allowed the users to operate their lights from anywhere. We specifically designed a Wifi Bridge that communicates with their traditional hardware and a user-friendly mobile application to operate the lights. To provide better user experience, we also implemented voice integration. The product can be operated by both the leading voice assistants Alexa and Google Home.
The solution also implemented voice integration which took the user experience up by another level.
